Wisps of Turkish delight, rosehips, and figs develop to more familiar rye notes of peppercorns and muddled mint alongside oak shavings. The palate suggests coffee cake and a little creamy soda with a lick of spice. Turns more peppery, minty, and fresh through the final stages, balancing nicely. Nonchill filtered.
